When one thinks of fashionable cities, New York, Milan, Paris and Tokyo may come to mind. Well, add one more city to that list – Philadelphia. Yep, the Pennsylvania city known for their cheese steak sandwiches and neo-soul sound is making a mark on the fashion scene. With a bevy of bourgeoning boutiques and designers, Philly is becoming the alternate, more affordable location to launch fashion careers on the East Coast.
During my recent weekend visit, I was impressed with the amount of new stores that sold high-end, quality clothing, shoes, and lingerie.
