Some women might hope for a miracle when it comes to their hair. Luckily, for those who are not pleased with the condition of their tresses, Dr. Miracle’s hair care products are the answer! I suffer from extra dull and extremely dry hair due to my relaxer; so when I have the opportunity to try something that claims to put an end to my despair, I’m all for it.
Recently, I tried Dr. Miracle’s Oil Sheen spray and the Intensive Healing Oil treatment. I was pleased with both products! Although both worked wonders, I’d have to say that my favorite was the Oil Sheen. It gave my hair a fabulous sheen, without leaving it feeling heavy or greasy. Plus, it didn’t have a super fragrant smell, which is always good since a lot of their other products have an intense smell.
I know that there are so many hair care products out there so when I find something good, I must share it with you guys! Have you ever tried any of Dr. Miracle’s products? If so, what do you think of them?

Hi BG. The only one I tried (sorry I can’t remember the name) I hated the smell. It was way too strong for me. I wanted to love it but couldn’t get past the smell. I know many who swear by it though.

I purchased the scalp oil ( I don’t think that is the exact name) but I only used it about 2 times. It is around here somewhere, but I am not really looking for it. I am happy you found a product that you like.

I’ve been so curious about Dr. Miracle products? Now I have an excuse to go into Walgreens.
With relaxers it’s so hard to find oils that don’t leave it feeling greasy.

I’m glad to hear that Dr. Miracle works so well, but I unfortunately, can’t bring myself to buy any of their products.
Their advertising is extremely offensive to me. They have women screaming because they need a hair miracle, when really the women’s hair in the before pictures are just relaxer-free hair, not miracle-needing hair.
As a natural haired sister I definitely think their advertising is negative, especially to young women who have yet to define for themselves what beauty is.
(Sorry to be all political today, but that’s how I’m feeling given the wonderful wonderful Obama news).

I do believe in miracles and once in a while a good treatment of oil does it. I have not tried any of your suggested items, but I will definitely give Dr. Miracle’s a try with the hope of a miracle!
the commercials and magazine ads are rediculous. i couldnt get past them to make a purchase. but i am glad you found something that works for you.

I thought I was the only one who noticed the craziness in their commercials. They are a bit offensive. “Oh girl, you need a miracle.” It’s so ruuuude. But other than that, I haven’t tried their products. I have a friend who swears by the sheen.
i heard rave reviews over on afrobella’s site. i was always curious. since i’m not in the relaxed, chemically treated group anymore, i haven’t ventured into the products. glad to hear that the products worked for you!
I have tried Dr. Miracle products before. I used the shampoo, conditioner, growth oil, anti-itch oil, and a few others that I can’t think to name right now. While I did love the tingly feeling the products left on my scalp, I can honestly say that the products left no miracle on my hair. I wear my hair natural so I was looking for something that would moisturize and grow my slow to grow hair. Sorry, but Dr. Miracle was not the product. BTW I am still looking for that miracle. Any suggestions?

I’ve heard of Dr. Miracle but never tried it. I’m always cautious of what I put in my hair, I have a relaxer too, and my hair is naturally thick & kinky, so it doesn’t take to alot of things.
I’ve seen the Dr. Miracle commercials and they are damn annoying. I do want to try his products as long as there is no petroleum or mineral oil in them…

Ok, I’m extra late, but here’s one of the commercials. There was nothing wrong with the girl’s hair in the first picture. She just needed some gel to lay it down and she would have been fine.
But then she gets Dr. Miracle and her hair is a straight as a board. It’s disgusting.

I saw it and I can see why some would find it offensive. It’s pretty over the top to say the least.
BGG, I haven’t seen their commercials either but I have tried their products and I like them a lot. They smell isn’t very nice but the tingle just makes me feel like it’s working even if it isn’t.
I recently cut off my hair and started using Dr. Miracle products and I must say that it WORKS!!!!! I love Dr. Miracle…
I tried their product and it was “okay”. Once I saw their ads though, I threw it away and never bought it again. It’s insulting! I remember hearing about their had a “Bad Hair Day” contest .they had all these women with kinky hair but after the “MIRACLE” their hair was straight. Whew! Thank goodness!…Please!

I’ve tried other hair care products for afro american women that have just left me darn right disappointed. So, of course I was skeptical with Dr. Miracle’s hair products also. But let me tell you if you are persistant in using the different hair care products you would be extremely happy with the results. I can’t speak for everyone but I will keep it real with the results that I have had ; Dr. Miracles works for me.
