Although we live in a digital world, some things should still be tangible – for me photos are high on the list! Among my friends and family, I’m one of the few who get my digital photos printed and actually place them in photo albums. In fact, I have a weakness for purchasing cute photo books and frames. I never let photos accumulate on my digital camera or computer mainly out of fear of losing them.
A few years ago, my computer crashed and I lost over 1000 photos! I have since vowed to always get my photos printed. Plus, it’s so easy to upload them at your local drugstore or even order them online through sites like Snapfish (my site of choice), Shutterfly, etc. Now since the arrival of Ava aka Baby BGG – I’m sure I’ll be snapping even more shots!
Here are a few of my own personal photo albums. I buy most of them from stores like Marshalls, TJ Maxx and Daffy’s because they’re always reasonably priced!

As for my photos, I’m like you. I have to have the real deal in my hand. I don’t print them all because there wouldn’t be enough albums in the world to hold them but the best of the best get printed and placed in an album. I must admit, my albums aren’t nearly as cute as yours! Gotta change that!
i did not thinkin about printing digital photos. shows how much i rely too heavily on technology. i guess im not too attached to the pictures i take anyway. theyre mostly of me and any of anyone else are usually on facebook or in their personal possession so im not very worried. my sister has professional pictures of my nieces that i should probably put in an album at this point. great post!
I either will print or at least save on a disk. I am into scrapbooking. Its something about looking at photos in an album. I remember looking @ my baby pix and my grandmothers old photos in an album. Seem like they mean more that way.

I got a digital camera for Xmas so Im thinking about printing them out and starting a photo album collection. Most of my pics I send to my email/flikr account though. I think Im going to make a goal this year to pull them out of boxes and drawers and have a photo album party..LOL

I haven’t printed picture out in years. I am big on pictures though. I recently bought a memory card for my camera so that should encourage me a bit to print them out.
i take a ka-billion pics and i upload them to a remote site most times and print a lot, but i really have too many. but im working on another way to store them for that very reason.

I rarely print out photos, but my bf told me for big events that I want to remember I should, so I’ve been doing it sporadically.
