Thanks so much for all of my birthday wishes! I really appreciated each of them!!
I’m back from my birthday trip to Houston. I had such a wonderful time hanging with my cousins. I ate, ate, and then ate some more! I also went to this super fabulous spa called the Urban Retreat (compliments of my favorite cousin) where I got a facial and massage, which was downright heavenly!
Since it’s super humid in Houston, my hair didn’t fare too well, but it was ok since I was just relaxing with family. Although I did wish that I had brought a comfortable pair of stylish flat sandals to wear while dining and shopping. Even though it’s not as hot in New York as it is in Texas right now, warm weather is right around the corner so what better time than now to pick up a cute pair of sandals!
After dealing with a long, hectic flight delay on my way back to NY, I could use another massage, but I digress.

BGG, welcome back! I think the flats are all cute but I just can’t do any shoe that is completely flat. BUT if I had to choose, I’d pick the one that straps up the leg. How hot is that! hehehe

Nice sandals. I’m not a huge fan of flats, except for comfort–so I like the options here because they still are pretty sassy.

However, I only like the Steve Madden and Froid sandals you posted. Here’s the thing, I love shoes and hate feet. A lot of those shoes really rely on feet way too much for my personal tastes.
the miss 60s are the business! i know what trends NOT to jump on…and the gladiators are not for me…so i’ll be passing on them. but 60s, HERE I COME!!!!!!!!

Those Karla Browns are beyond darling. And of courseee you love them. The real Gladiator-ish sandals have to grow on me. I haven’t sen them on myself so maybe I’d like them more. Most of the ones you listed are just so cute, though. I love sandal season. Glad you had a wonderful birthdaaaaay!
I can rock the gladiator sandals, I just don’t like the ones that lace up the leg.

I once stepped on a piece of glass while wearing sandals when I was in second grade. I have been paranoid to wear them again. I guess I will try to get over my fears due to the funky sandals I just observed!!!LOL
