i am so glad to say that i have finished my holiday shopping. i didnt pay full price for any gift (with the exception of the giftcard i bought) and that is an awesome feeling!
these are some great deals. i still want to buy gifts for people this year, but the gifts will be less extravagant and my gift list is much shorter than usual.

I’m avoiding the stores this years and making all of my gifts by hand… Its more work but it’s fun. I get to avoid the long lines and people.
I’m doing most of my shopping online. I don’t have a car in Chicago and Michigan Avenue and State Street are a beast during this season. I’d rather shop in my house in my pajamas. The shipping fees are worth it!

Great Post. Yes I am done holiday shopping. And I got some great deals for everyone on my list! I did a lot of shopping online on cyber monday and saved a bundle, with free shipping and percents off! I also ventured out on Black Friday for those fantastic deals. I still have one more special person to get a gift for: MYSELF! I am going to go to Macy’s!

I love online shopping. No long lines, crowded stores, and you have more selection. You can also purchase online and pickup in the store with just a short wait.
I’m still shopping. I’m usually not done till after Christmas (for the ppl I see after the holidays). What I have been doing lately is going to the stores REALLY late. I was in Toys R Us on friday at eleven pm and its wasn’t that crowded. Most of the stores in NY are open till midnight around this time. I know its sounds crazy but I’m usually out around this time anyway.
