Luxurious Lacquers for Less!

Choosing the right nail color for this time of year can be tricky. Luckily, Borghese Cosmetics has created a beautiful array of hues with their Fashionista Collection to help transition nails from winter to spring. The Milan-spring runway inspired lacquers include 6 super saturated shades ranging from a tawny beige (Biscotti Beige) to a deep sparkly violet (Plumaggio Purple). My personal favorite is the barely-there Biscotti Beige because it gives your nails just the right amount of pigment creating a polished look. Plus, this lacquer doesn’t chip easily which is essential to a great manicure.


Shades from L to R include: Biscotti Beige, Bella Berry, Plumaggio Purple, Stellare Notte, Mezzanote Blue and Almondine. Some of the colors are difficult to differentiate w/this photo, but this is the best photo that I have. Lacquers are available at drugstores nationwide for $8 each.

Keep the Change

Like most women, I spend way too much time in my purse looking for items that I know are there, but can never find – especially loose change. I know that I have a ton of coins hanging out in somewhere in my bag, it’s just tedious task of fishing them out when I need them. Time after time, I’m at the cash register a penny or two short for my purchase all because I can’t grab my change quickly. Finally, I’ve taken the time to buy a super cute coin purse to keep all of my hard-to-find loose cash stashed.

Make Moisturizing a Must!

Now that I’m almost a month post-pregnancy, it’s still very important to keep my skin well-hydrated and moisturized. Since I’ve tried so many lotions and potions during my pregnancy – I was one of the lucky women to not get a single stretch mark while I was carrying Baby BGG. Although it could simply be a result of genetics or a combination of my favorite fabulous moisturizers that I slathered on day in and day out – all I know is that keeping our skin well-moisturized is a must during pregnancy or not.
